Order Fulfillment Process / Delivery Time
- You order the orthotics.
- We ship you the materials to create an impression of your foot (instructions, impression kit, questionnaire, return shipping label).
- You fill out the questionnaire and follow the instructions to create impressions of your feet.
- You seal the impression kit with shipping tape & affix the provided return postage label to the box.
- You then hand the impression kit to your local postman or post office.
- We receive the impression of your feet.
- The board-certified podiatrist ensures the impressions have been made correctly.
- We send the impressions to the orthotics lab, who then creates the finished orthotics.
- Finally, the orthotist inspects the finished orthotics to ensure their quality. If they pass inspection they are shipped to you.
We will send a questionnaire along with the impression kit to determine the best orthotic for you. The questionnaire also allows you to specify additional requirements such as padding for the metatarsal area.
Delivery of orthotics usually takes 10 days after getting the foam impression kit back from you. After the lab creates your orthotics the podiatrist inspects them to ensure they are of the highest quality.
